====== Opening the outdoor unit ======
**Before anything else turn off the heat pump and then cut off the power from safety switch or from fuse.**

If you install heat exchanger temperature sensor to the recommended position at *highest pipe*, only steps 1-7 (photos 1 and 2) needed.

**Attach Heat Exchanger Temperature Sensor** to the highest pipe with two/three zip ties.

**Outdoor Temperature Sensor** should be placed so it is covered, for example behind the outdoor unit

**Junction box** can be placed just under the outdoor unit. This gives you easy access.
